CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT?

I’M HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES, CAN I GET SOME SUPPORT?

Yes you can. Please use our online contact form to report any problems you’re experiencing. Please include as much of the following information as possible with your request for technical assistance:

  1. The page(s) you are on when experiencing the problems.
  2. The nature of the problem: please be as detailed as possible and include any information we would need to try and duplicate the problem.
  3. Any error messages you may have received.
  4. Your device make and model (i.e. iPhone 11S, or Samsung Galaxy s20, or Windows 10 PC, etc).
  5. The speed of your internet connection in the location where you experienced the problems.

We generally use RoyalMail tracked and signed, although if it’s a larger parcel it would be shipped using ParcelForce. Please read our full shipping information. A link to our Shipping Info page can also be found in the footer on every page in this website.

VIDEO COOKIE NOTICES?

WHAT DOES YOUR YOUTUBE ‘UNCONTROLLED COOKIES’ NOTICE MEAN?

Simply put, YouTube sets cookies on your device that we cannot control when we share some their videos with you. Some of the cookies that YouTube uses are for the purposes of tracking your activities. We’re using YouTube’s ‘no-cookie’ embed method. However, our testing reveals that when playing YouTube videos on our site there’s still some cookies being set that might not be in compliance with what you’ve otherwise chosen for your allowed cookies settings on our site.

Therefore, due to strict GDPR data protection and privacy requirements we’re properly alerting you to this possibility. You can clear all your cookies after watching YouTube videos on our site (or any site) to get rid of them, or you can simply choose to not watch YouTube videos on our site (or elsewhere). DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO USE YOUR SITE?

No you don’t. If you purchase a product from our Shop an account will be automatically created for you. Once this happens you can access any downloads associated with your purchases all in one place. As a customer with an account you can also update your personal account information on file with us when needed. If you’ve created an Orynoco account and you’re not yet a customer that’s also just fine and you can fill in your personal information. This way if you’re logged in when you do place an order it will make your checkout process easier and faster.

In registering an account you can also choose to subscribe to our free newsletter and therefore get two things accomplished all at the same time! You can get to the Register Account/Login page at any time by using the off canvas menu that slides out from right when you hover/click/tap the small line menu icon top right, then click/tap the ‘My Account’ link at top.

GALLERY PHOTOS CUTOFF?

THERE ARE SOME PHOTOS IN YOUR GALLERIES THAT ARE CUTOFF LOOKING?

Click/tap on the photo to see the full size version. Our Photo Galleries crop the photos to display them in the sliders, but you can expand them to see the whole image by clicking/tapping on them. Once any photo in a gallery is displayed full-size you can then cycle through the whole gallery using the forward/back arrows to see all of the photos in full-size expanded display one after another.

ADDING AN ITEM IN GLOSSARY?

Yes indeed! If you’ve come across a word or term on our site that you don’t understand and it’s not in our Glossary of Terms already, please contact us and submit your request. We’ll review your request and let you know if/when it was added!

CAN I BUY A WSU?

CAN I  JUST BUY A WHOLENESS SUPPORT UNIT (WSU)?

We first hire the WSU out on a rental type basis. After you have rented and experienced one for awhile you will then be given a purchase opportunity.

The WSU take some considerable time and effort to manufacture, and we’re still researching and developing them to be as effective as possible. You’re therefore invited to become an Orynoco Partner and rent a Wholeness Support Unit at a very reasonable cost of £100/month use in exchange for providing us with specific forms of feedback. You can learn more and select a rental package on our ‘RENTAL! Wholeness Support Unit‘ shop page. If it indicates there that we are out of stock, please contact us and ask to be placed on our waiting list.
