  • Where We Ship

We are now shipping globally, with exception of a list of mostly sanctioned countries, as follows:

Countries with Restricted Shipping

If you are in one of the above listed countries and you would like to purchase our products, please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.

If you are outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any customs fees assessed by your country.

  • Shipping Couriers

We currently only use Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked and signed courier services for most of our shipping methods, although on occasion we may use DPD or other couriers even when this is not indicated at checkout. Exactly which of the various courier services will be used depends on numerous factors.

These factors are related to the size and weight of your order, and your location globally.

In most cases locally in UK we will use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked deliveries, or normal Royal Mail First Class.

For international shipments we typically use Royal Mail International Tracked or Parcelforce Worldwide Global Express.

  • Order Processing

Order processing times can vary depending on what you’ve ordered. Nearly all of our products are handmade by our alchemists and artisans in our own facilities as a labour of love. We do our best to keep our stock inventories at levels that allow us to process orders in a reasonably short period of time.

For ordered items that are in stock, we’ll contact you and let you know when to expect your order if the processing time will be longer than just a few days for some reason.

You’ll also receive a notice with tracking information once your order ships.

International orders will take longer to arrive naturally, and how long the customs in your country actually delays it is beyond our control.

  • Backorder Processing

During times where an unusually high volume of orders has depleted some of our stocks you’ll be notified of this in our shop. Some products will allow you to backorder them. Order processing takes longer on these backordered items. We’ll contact you regards when you might expect your order to be shipped. If you need to know before ordering please contact us.

If you order items that are in-stock along with backordered items, we may be able to ship your in-stock items ahead for an extra fee. If this is desireable please request this service after placing your order.
