  • Where We Ship

Ordinarily we only ship to the United Kingdom. This includes Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. If you live in the Channel Islands please contact us before ordering to see if we’ll be able to ship your items to you, and if so, what additional costs might be involved.

We’re currently planning to include the EU within our service area soon, and perhaps after that we may include some locations in North America. If you live outside our service area and you’d like to be able to purchase our products please contact us. Your feedback would be helpful for future planning.

  • Shipping Couriers

We currently only use RoyalMail tracked and signed courier services for all of our shipping methods. Exactly which of the various RoyalMail tracked and signed services will be used depends on numerous factors.

These factors are related to the size and weight of your order because RoyalMail does not offer the same exact tracked and signed services for all sizes and weights of parcels.

In most cases the RoyalMail courier services used will be rated as either 24 or 48 hour deliveries.

  • Order Processing

Order processing times vary greatly depending on what you’ve ordered. Nearly all of our products are handmade by our alchemists and artisans in our own facilities as a labour of love. We do our best to keep our stock inventories at levels that allow us to process orders in a reasonably short period of time.

For ordered items that are in stock, we’ll contact you and let you know when to expect your order if the processing time will be longer than just a few days. You’ll also receive a notice with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Backorder Processing

During times where an unusually high volume of orders has depleted some of our stocks you’ll be notified of this in our shop. Some products will allow you to backorder them. Order processing takes longer on these backordered items. We’ll contact you regards when you might expect your order to be shipped. If you need to know before ordering please contact us.

If you order items that are in-stock along with backordered items, we may be able to ship your in-stock items ahead for an extra fee. If this is desireable please request this service after placing your order.
